Liverpool will have to battle off competition from across England, Spain and Germany to land Egyptian hotshot Mohamed Salah in the January transfer window.
Brendan Rodgers wants to bolster his squad next month to strengthen his side's title tilt and he has made FC Basel winger Salah one of his main transfer priorities.
The 21-year-old has 10 goals to his name to this term and has scored against both Chelsea and Spurs since the start of last season.
Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea are also thought to be considering moving for him, but the player's representative Sascha Empacher refused to disclose the identity of the teams in pursuit of his client.
Empacher told TMW: "There is strong interest from the Premier League, this is true, but I will not discuss names at the time.
"The percentage of his chances of leaving Switzerland? It is currently not possible to make it. At this time the interest comes mainly from Great Britain, Spain and Germany."
