Barcelona prodigy Cristian Tello is a target for Arsenal and Liverpool - but his agent insists he is set to stay at the Nou Camp.

Reports in Spain have have suggested the Premier League pair are both keen on the 20-year-old forward, who has broken through into the Barca first team this season, scoring two goals in five La Liga appearances.

Tello is out of contract in the summer and it has been suggested that he will look for a fresh challenge away from Catalonia, with first-team opportunities under Pep Guardiola limited.

But now Tello's agent Jose Maria Orobitg has revealed that his client is already discussing a new deal at Barca, despite numerous offers from abroad.

He told Portuguese newspaper O Jogo: "Many European clubs are interested in the boy, but we are now in negotiations with Barca.

"There have been calls from England, Portugal, from everywhere, but still nothing is clear."
