The agent of Chelsea and Liverpool target Jorginho will fly out to Italy this week to discuss the playmaker's future.

Jorginho, 22, has excelled for Hellas Verona, playing a key role in their promotion from Serie B last season and their impressive start to life in Serie A.

The newly-promoted side are currently in sixth place, two points adrift of the Europa League spots, and the Brazilian midfielder has already netted seven times in the top-flight.

Joao Santos, Jorginho's representative, will jet out to Italy on Thursday to meet his client and discuss his future amid strong interest from Fiorentina and Zenit St Petersburg.

Liverpool were also keen on him last summer, while Arsenal and Chelsea are continuing to monitor his progress.
