Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez hopes to sign West Ham striker Carlton Cole and Crystal Palace forward Victor Moses, according to reports.
Carlton Cole has been in superb form this season and the former Chelsea striker would be a fine foil for Fernando Torres and could add a more physical dimension to Liverpool's attacking options.
The 26-year-old striker has scored seven goals in 13 appearances for West Ham this season in the Premier League but has been sidelined with a knee injury since late November.
Victor Moses is one of the hottest properties in the Championship, but Liverpool face competition from a number of clubs for the 19-year-old. Barcelona, Hoffenheim, Spurs, Arsenal and Wigan have all been linked with the highly-rated forward.
Crystal Palace have admitted they will likely have to sell Moses which could open the way for Liverpool to pounce. In recent weeks he has been in great form, scoring four goals in his last four matches, including one in the 3-1 win over Ipswich.
