Blackpool manager Ian Holloway doesn't know if Charlie Adam will stay with the club this summer.
The Scottish international has been linked with a host of Premier League clubs after a season in which he earned a nomination for PFA Player of the Year.
But after bids from the likes of Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur in the January, and increased speculation surrounding his future, his manager Holloway is still unsure where his future lies.
"I haven't got a clue whether he'll move on or not in the summer. I can't worry about things that aren't in my control," Holloway told the Blackpool Gazette.
"The situation will be taken out of my hands because of how well he has played. Other people who have a lot more resources than I have will have seen what he can do, and it will be their choice and not mine.
"One thing I do know is that the chairman couldn't have done any more.
"So until his contract runs out (at the end of next season), surely we should hold out for what we think is right and not be bullied by some bigger, stronger and tougher clubs. That's what they were trying to do in January and I didn't like it."
After bids were rejected for the winger in January, Liverpool and Spurs are expected to bid again for the Scot, with Manchester United also prowling.
United were rumoured to be the front runners for Adam on deadline day before reports emerged that Liverpool and Tottenham had both bid for him in January.
Hoping to replace the evergreen Ryan Giggs, United are keen to snare Adam away from Liverpool, who are in search of a winger themselves in the shape of Xabi Prieto or Ashley Young.
