Liverpool U18s coach Mike Marsh believes his side will need to win all their remaining fixtures to have any chance of Premier Academy League glory. With four matches to play, the Reds find themselves second in Group C, three points adrift of leaders Manchester City, who also have a game in hand. The winners of each of the four groups then face each other to determine the national Academy winners. "Man City are the favourites but we just have to focus on our games," Marsh said. "We've still got a chance but we'll probably need to get another four wins. In football anything can happen so we will see what happens." Liverpool Under-18s go into Saturday's home clash with West Brom at the Academy (11am) on a high following last weekend's 5-2 thrashing of Sheffield Wednesday. Adam Morgan netted twice to take his tally for the season to 16 and there were also goals for Jordan Ibe, Nacho and Kristoffer Peterson. "It was a good win and the lads performed really well," Marsh added. "We created a lot of chances and if we had been more clinical we could have scored even more. "It's nice to see Adam back amongst the goals and we'll go into the West Brom game with confidence. "However, it's the third and fourth place play-off in the NextGen Series at Chelsea's training ground on Saturday so we could be missing a few lads. We will have to wait and see who is selected."
