LIVERPOOL and Tottenham are ready to hand Chelsea outcast Ashley Cole a chance at Premier League salvation.
Cole has been frozen out at Stamford Bridge in recent months, with Jose Mourinho preferring right-back Cesar Azpilicueta out of position on the left flank.
And with the 33-year-old's contract set to expire at the end of the season, reports have suggested Cole could be set to hang up his boots.
MLS outfit New York Red Bulls have made Cole an offer to play in America next season, as Chelsea weigh up a contract extension.
However, Express Sport understands Liverpool and Spurs have shown an interest in the England international.
Cole is unlikely to move in January, but is desperate to go to the World Cup and could get crucial first-team action at Anfield or White Hart Lane.
The former Arsenal left-back hasn't started a league game for the Blues since their 2-0 defeat at Newcastle in November and could be allowed to leave.
