Salomon Kalou could be on his way back to the Premier League, with both Liverpool and Arsenal battling for his signature.
The former Chelsea striker has impressed since leaving Stamford Bridge for Lille and reports claim that both Liverpool and Arsenal are keen to do a deal.
The Gunners were linked with a move for Kalou when he was with Chelsea but nothing materialised and the 28-year-old ended up returning to France instead.
The striker was again linked to both clubs in January and speculation is already raging ahead of the transfer window re-opening later in the year.
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is keen to bolster his squad for next season's Champions League campaign and Kalou, who has experience at the highest level, would fit the bill perfectly.
Arsene Wenger wants at least one more striker to put pressure on Olivier Giroud, and it looks as though it will be down to the player to decide where he will be playing his football next season.
