Manchester City appear to have won the battle for Belgian wonderkid Romelu Lukaku, according to reports.
The 17-year-old Anderlecht striker, who was top scorer in the Jupiler League last season, has been linked with all the top clubs in Europe including Real Madrid, Chelsea and Liverpool.
But a report in the Sport Foot magazine suggests that his representatives have spent the last 15 days in negotiations with Manchester City and the player will move to City in July.
City recently spent a reported £27m on Bosnian forward Edin Dzeko and appear to be backing manager Roberto Mancini with more money as they look to land the Premier League title.
