Win a Stevie G training pack

Christmas is just around the corner and to celebrate, Liverpool FC in conjunction with official partner Lucozade Sport are giving away five Steven Gerrard training packs in our exclusive competition.

The Reds' captain is renowned for his all-action approach to matches, and now you can prepare for your own training sessions just like Stevie G.

Each pack is designed in association with the LSSA (Lucozade Sport Science Academy), and Gerrard himself, and are ideal for players for all levels.

They contain four weeks' worth of products - Lucozade Sport Energy Bars, Body Fuel Gels and Powder, as well as a sports bottle to help mix your powders.

To enter, all you have to do is answer this simple question: In which town was Steven Gerrard born?

Send your answers to admin@liverpoolfc.tv and include the words 'Lucozade competition' in the subject header. Please also include your name, age and address with your entry.

Terms and conditions

1) Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these conditions.
2) Entry is open to UK residents aged 13 years or over. This competition is not open to employees or their relatives of Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited or Glasxosmithkline UK Limited.  Any such entries will be invalid.
3) The start date for entries is 4:00pm (GMT) 16th December 2010. The closing date for entries is midnight (GMT) 1^st January 2011.
4) In order to enter the draw, you must email admin@liverpoolfc.tv the correct answer to the question found at www.liverpoolfc.tv/fans/lucozade-sport-competition  including your name, address, date of birth, telephone number before the closing date. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
5) A single entry per individual is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Each correct and eligible entry will be automatically entered for the draw. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void.
6) The first five (5) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each win one (1) Steven Gerrard Training Pack (http://www.lucozadeshop.com/gerrard-training-pack/K00250.html).
7) All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed to be invalid and no prizes will be awarded in respect of such entry.
8) By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these rules.
9) The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The judge's decision is final.
10) Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void.
11) The draw shall take place within 10 working days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by the contact details given in their winning entry. The winner shall have 3 business days to claim his/her prize. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery of the prize will result in forfeiture of the prize.
12) The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter's decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13) The Promoter (or any third party nominated by the Promoter) may use the winner's name and image and their comments relating to the prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
14) Liverpool FC's decision is final; no correspondence will be entered in to.
15) Entrants are advised to print and keep safe these Terms and Conditions.
16) This competition shall be governed by English law.
17) Only entries posted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be considered.
