Both Krisztian Nemeth and Peter Gulacsi were rested ahead of Wednesday's semi-final against Italy.
Mikel San Jose, meanwhile, did not feature as Spain beat Bulgaria 4-0 over the weekend. The result came too late to prevent the reigning champions' elimination.
Germany face hosts Czech Republic in Wednesday's other semi-final.
