Spanish newspaper Marca splashed with the headline 'This is Anfield, so what?' on the morning of the game. Two goals from Gerrard, one from Torres and a strike from Dossena put paid to that question as the Reds won 5-0 on aggregate to reach the Champions League quarter-finals.
